Know Before You Go

• Confirmation will be received at the time of booking
• Not wheelchair or stroller accessible
• No elevators or pets allowed
• Suitcases, backpacks, parcels, containers and large and medium-sized bags are not permitted inside the Dome
• Umbrellas, canes (when not used to assist walking), tripods for cameras and film cameras are not permitted inside the Dome
• Knives, scissors and metal tools that could be dangerous for people and the exhibited works are not permitted inside the Dome
• You do not need a ticket to visit the Cathedral; you can enter it at any time before or after this tour
• After the first validation, the ticket is valid for 72 hours: you can use it to visit locations listed on your own time (the Bell-tower, Museum and the crypt inside the cathedral)
• Please note that the tour requires a minimum number of guests to run
• Please note that if you arrive after the tour start time, you will not be able to join and will not be refunded or have your tour rescheduled
• There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet the requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund

• You must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time for a full refund
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time
• This experience requires a minimum number of travellers. If it’s cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
