In nine days, you will be able to admire the culture and places that have built and raised human thought since the time of the Roman Empire.



Itinerary


Day 1 - ROME
Arrival to Rome on the late afternoon from your starting point, transfer and overnight stay at the hotel.
Rome's history spans 28 centuries. While Roman mythology dates the founding of Rome at around 753 BC, the site has been inhabited for much longer, making it one of the oldest continuously occupied sites in Europe.[6] The city's early population originated from a mix of Latins, Etruscans, and Sabines. Here, you can visit sites like Colosseum, Palatine Hill, Roman Forum, Phanteon and other marvelous memories of the Eternal City.
Day 2 - VATICAN
Breakfast at hotel. Full day in Rome with entrance to Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica. Afternoon with walking tour after lunch at restaurant. Free time in late afternoon. Ovenight stay at the hotel.
The Vatican City, a city-state in the center of Rome, in Italy, is the heart of the Roman Catholic Church. Besides being the seat of the Pope, it houses a collection of extraordinary works of art and architecture. At the Vatican Museums there are ancient Roman sculptures such as the famous Laocoonte Group, as well as the Renaissance frescoes of the Stanze di Raffaello and the Sistine Chapel, famous for Michelangelo's frescoes.
Day 3 - PISA and PADUA
Breakfast at hotel, proceed to Pisa in Piazza dei Miracoli. Lunch at restaurant, free time to see Piazza dei Miracoli and Leaning Tower. In the afternoon, drive to Padua. Dinner at restaurant and ovenight accomodation in Padua.
Pisa is an Italian city in Tuscany best known for its famous leaning tower. Already off the table when it was completed in 1372, the 56 m high white marble cylinder is nothing but the bell tower of the marble Romanesque cathedral that stands next to it, in Piazza dei Miracoli. The same square hosts the monumental Camposanto and the Baptistery, where every day non-professional singers test themselves with its famous acoustics.
Day 4 - PADUA, VENICE and ENGELBERG
Breakfast at hotel, proceed to Terminal Fusina for collect boat tickets for Venice. Walking tour, Gondola ride and lunch. Catch return boat to Padua and transfer by coach to Engelberg. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Engelberg.
Venice, the capital of the Veneto region, lies on more than 100 small islands in a lagoon in the Adriatic Sea. In this city there are no roads but canals, including the Grand Canal, flanked by Renaissance and Gothic buildings. On the central square, Piazza San Marco, stands the Basilica of San Marco, enriched with Byzantine mosaics, and the bell tower of San Marco, from which you can admire the red roofs of the city.
Day 5 - LUCERNE and Mt TITLIS
Breakfast at hotel in Engleberg, proceed to Lucerne with free time. Transfer to Titlis by cable car. Buffet lunch at Panorama Restaurant and then exploration of Mt Titlis. Transfer to Engleberg for dinner and overnight in hotel.
The Titlis is a mountain in the Bernese Alps in the canton of Obwalden. It is the highest mountain in the canton. The mountain is part of the ski area of ​​the same name; on its slopes rise the ski jumps Klein- and Gross-Titlis-Schanze.
Day 6 - RHINE FALLS, BLACK FOREST and FRANKFURT
Breakfast at hotel, check out and proceed to Frankfurt passing by Black Forest. Stop at Rhine Falls for photoshooting and free time. En route stop ad Drubba for Cuckoo clock demonstration. Local menu lunch at restaurant. Dinner and overnight stay at Frankfurt.
The Rhine Falls, also known as Schaffhausen waterfalls, are the largest waterfalls in Europe. They are located in the upper part of the river Rhine, in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, a short distance from the city of Schaffhausen in northern Switzerland near the German border.
Day 7 - FRANKFURT, St.GOAR/RHINE and BRUSSELS
Breakfast at hotel, free time in Frankfurt. Lunch at restaurant and drive to St.Goar for a cruise on Rhine. Road to Brussels, dinner and overnight at hotel.
Frankfurt, a city in central Germany built on the river Main, is an important financial hub for the European Central Bank. It is the birthplace of the famous writer Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, whose house has now been turned into a museum. Like most of the city, this house was also damaged during the bombings of World War II and only rebuilt later. In the Alstadt, or old city, is the Römerberg, the square that hosts the annual Christmas market.
Day 8 - BRUSSELS and PARIS
Breakfast at hotel. Morning with chocolate demonstrations and tasting at Chocolate Factory in Brussels. Free time in town and lunch at restaurant. Drive to Paris with dinner and overnight stay in hotel.
Brussels is considered the capital of the European Union as the headquarters of various institutions, including the European Commission, the Council of the European Union and partially the European Parliament. The headquarters of NATO is also located in Evere. Brussels also hosts the Committee of the Regions and the Economic and Social Committee. Much of the Brussels metropolitan area is administered by the Brussels-Capital region, subdivided into 19 municipalities, including that of the historic center, the City of Brussels (Ville de Bruxelles / Brussel-stad).
Day 9 - PARIS
Breakfast at hotel. City sightseeing and entrance to Louvre Museum. Lunch at restaurant. Visit to Eiffel Tower and road to Bourdonnais for one-hour cruise on Seine. After cruise, transfer to hotel for dinner and overnight in hotel.
Paris, capital of France, is one of the most important cities in Europe, world center of art, fashion, gastronomy and culture. Urban architecture dating back to the nineteenth century is characterized by large boulevards and the Seine. In addition to monuments such as the Eiffel Tower and the 12th century Gothic Notre-Dame Cathedral, the city is renowned for its traditional cafés and high-fashion shops along the Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré.
Day 10 - DEPARTURE
Breakfast at hotel and proceed to the airport for depature.
